Terms and Conditions for Hotel Booking
- Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is after 3 PM. Check-out time is before 12 PM (noon). An additional surcharge applies for early check-in and late check-out requests, subject to availability. - Security Deposit
A security deposit of RM100 (cash only) is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded in cash upon check-out, after deducting any outstanding charges. - Tourism Tax
A tourism tax of RM10 per room per night (cash only) is applied to all non-Malaysians.Guests with a valid Malaysian IC or valid Permanent Residents PR card are exempted from this tax. - No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas of the hotel. Please adhere to the designated smoking areas, if available. - No Pets Allowed
We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in our hotel premises, as we strive to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for all our guests. - No Durians Allowed
Due to their strong smell, durians and mangosteens are not allowed in our hotel. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for all guests. - Valuables
The hotel shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We recommend using the provided safety deposit boxes or securing your valuables appropriately. - Hazardous Goods
Bringing or storing goods of a combustible, hazardous, or prohibited nature, as well as any articles of an objectionable nature, is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. - No Refund
All payments made for the booking are non-refundable. Please consider your reservation carefully before making a payment.
